By registering with ba99ap, you agree to receive transactional communications (account confirmations, deposit receipts, withdrawal notifications, security alerts) via email and SMS. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are reviewed by the ba99ap payments team within 24 hours, seven days a week, including Bangladesh public holidays. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever operationally possible. ba99ap does not charge any fee on standard withdrawals — the full requested amount will be transferred to your chosen payment method.
ba99ap may request identity and payment method verification before processing any withdrawal request. This may include submission of a copy of your national identity card (NID), a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing your registered mobile number, or a bank statement. Withdrawal processing will be paused until all requested verification documents are received and approved. ba99ap aims to complete all verification checks within 48 hours of receiving complete documentation.
If a deposit transaction fails or is returned by your payment provider, the funds will not be credited to your ba99ap account. If a withdrawal is returned by your payment provider (for example, due to an incorrect account number), the funds will be returned to your ba99ap account balance and you will be notified by email. ba99ap accepts no liability for delays caused by your payment provider.
ba99ap offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict, the specific bonus terms take precedence.
New players who register a ba99ap account and make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on the casino and up to ৳25,000 on the live casino, subject to the specific terms of the welcome offer active at the time of registration. In-play bets are accepted at ba99ap's discretion and may be suspended at any time during a live event. Results are determined based on official competition results. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method subject to standard withdrawal terms and any pending verification requirements.
